NURTURED BODY AND HOME 

Welcome to Country Creations, we live in rural Illinois with our two daughters.  Our journey into healthy living began over 16 years ago when both of our girls developed several food allergies.  At the time our nearest health food store was over an hour away.  There was no Thrive Market, no Pinterest for recipes, no two day shipping from Amazon, etc. we learned to get creative and to make changes that were affordable and sustainable.  That year we started our first garden and I starting learning to can and preserve our foods.  Our garden continues to grow every year and each year I try new canning recipes and find new things to make a homemade version of our favorite store bought items.  This year, while looking for solutions for my girls acne that didn't involve yet another prescription cream or oral medication, I jumped into the world of herbs and natural remedies.  Next came Tallow and we continue to discover the healing benefits of natural, whole food and herbs.
