Regular vapor rub is safe for anyone over the age of 10.  Ingredients include organic coconut oil, organic olive oil, beeswax, eucalyptus, peppermint and rosemary essential oils.
 
Kids vapor rub is safe for ages 2 and up.  Ingredients include organic coconut oil, organic olive oil, beeswax, eucalypus, peppermint and pine essential oils.
 
*use a small amount.  You won't notice the strong scent that commerical vapor rub as it doesn't contain menthol.  Don't over apply in an effort to get the traditional vapor rub scent.
